Ramen to Biiru tasting notes
House beer at Mikkeller’s Ramen to Biiru restaurant in Copenhagen. Opaque honey coloured pour with large creamy head, and pretty good lacing. Funky sour nose, hints of brett, lemon and citrus tint, floral and some brown sugars. Yeast is present on start and but then surrenders to the woody herbal hop bitterness. Light body and dry taste. Aftertaste is bitter, malty and herbal. A pleasant easy-going Belgian ale.
