History of Browar Stu Mostów
Browar Stu Mostów is a Polish brewery founded in 2012 by Arletta and Grzegorz Ziemian. Its name translates as the brewery of one hundred bridges, as their brewery is located in the city of Wroc?aw, known for its bridges. Wroc?aw had a strong brewing tradition in the past, that was lost completely with the closing in 2004 of the remains of Piastowski and Mieszcza?ski brewery. They have three distinct sub-brands for their beers, the Salamander focused in cutting-edge recipes, the WRCLW focused in revisiting traditional recipes, and the ART, used for collabs with other breweries.
